PARTS CONDITION AND POLICIES
 

New Parts: Parts from brand new lego sets. Parts are usually in fantastic condition, but keep in mind sometimes they will have very minor surface scrateches from them rubbing against eachother in the  package.

Used Parts: I do my very best to describe the quality of used parts. Be aware that they may have minor blemished, surface scratches, or slight discoloration etc.
In general though, parts that I would not want to receive myself will not even be listed. When I am in doubt I will usually list the details in the comments of what might make a buyer unsatisfied with a particular part.

***DISCLAIMER*** If you are very particular about uniform color across your parts I would discourage you from buying used parts in general, especially if they are used white or light gray. I do my very best to weed out extremely yellowed and faded pieces, but used Lego, in general, will have a slight variation in shade of that particular color across the board. When dealing with used parts, A2Z Bricks cannot guarantee you uniform color and A2Z Bricks will not be refunding for discoloration at this time. ***DISCLAIMER***

New parts are usually listed right away or very quickly as I get them. However, if you're looking for something in particular and you don't mind it being used please ask me and I may be able to find it in unsorted pieces I have not yet listed.

All new minifigures are never assembled and will be shipped that way unless requested by the buyer.

If you would like to buy something in my store, but want a better price, please contact me and send me an offer. No reasonable offers will be refused!

I do my best to keep an accurate record of my inventory but, since I'm human, errors, though rare, are inevitable. This is especially true if you buy the entire lot of a particular part. If there is ever an inventory error with stock that you have ordered I will let the buyer know and they may choose either of the following: Partial refund for the parts no longer in stock while sending the rest of your order OR you may elect to cancel the entire order for a full refund.

Note:This inventory is also available for purchase on a different website so please do not purposely place an order on both sites at the same time. I have it set up so that inventory quantities are updated automatically so that this shouldn't cause any problems unless done purposely. Although it would be very rare, mistakes and errors can happen.  

PAYPAL

It is in my best interest and protection as a seller to only send orders to the address that is listed on your paypal account. If you wish for your order to be sent to another address you will have to update your shipping address within paypal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated by using exact pricing from USPS +50 cents for packaging materials. Due to their low price and large size, original boxes will incur an extra $1.00 handling fee. In total you will pay $1.50 on top of the shipping price for purchases of or including original boxes.

Due to the fact that I'm a full time music teacher, when school in session (September to around May), I can only find time to pick and ship orders on weekends.  If you order during the week you may have to wait until the following Monday for it to be shipped. If it's a small order it may ship sooner, but I want my customers to be aware of the slow shipping speed. The best time to order is just before the weekend or during the weekend. That way it will ship soon after you order.

International Customers: I will only put the actual value of your order on the customs forms. Any request for me to disclose a lower amount will be ignored. NO EXCEPTIONS!

FEEDBACK

I will leave feedback for you, the buyer, once you pay for your order. I believe feedback is important especially in a close-knit marketplace such as Brickowl. Nevertheless, posting feedback is optional and because of that I would like to extend my gratitude for anyone who takes to the time to post it for me. If there are any problems with your order please contact me BEFORE posting NEGATIVE feedback and I will do my best to resolve all and any issues.
